Originally from Bethesda, Maryland, Jack discovered Charleston in 2011 during his college visits through the southeast and never looked back.  Jack always had a passion for real estate and attended the College of Charleston where he studied real estate and finance.  Upon graduating Cum Laude in 2015, Jack joined the Charleston Commercial team where he was quickly immersed in all things commercial real estate.  He has specialized on multiple asset classes including retail/restaurant, multi-family, hospitality, medical office/office, land assemblages and development with regards to acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. 

Though Jack has been involved on deals from North Carolina to Florida, the Charleston MSA has been his main area of focus - particularly downtown.  Clients have included local buyers and boutiques, up through international investors and operators; both on the acquisition and disposition side, as well as on leasing.  As is true with the entire Charleston Commercial team, the need to go above and beyond for clients can be seen with the long term relationships forged and the off-market success Jack and the team have provided over the years, with most of the deals transacted coming from off-market relationships and grit.

When he's not hustling real estate, Jack is likely spending time with his Golden Retriever puppy, Silly.  Or else you might find him on the soccer field, tennis courts, or any body of water.
