The transformation of 332-336 King started with a successful $9.5m assemblage andentitlement process. Following the redevelopment of the former Bob Ellis building into a mixed-use property with boutique hotel over retail and dining below, Charleston Commercial was tasked with leasing King Street’s newest marquee retail shop space.

The 10,000sf of lease-up resulted in record breaking lease comps for the street, and a mix of National and Regional tenants including, Veronica Beard, FreeBird, Brandey Melville, Clayton & Crume and Millie Lynn.
