Charleston first arrived on Nick’s radar after many years of visiting family in Savannah, GA. Having first moved to Charleston in 2011 to pursue finance and commercial real estate at the College of Charleston, Nick then moved to Boston to work at Fidelity Investments followed by Wells Fargo Advisors. His background in finance made Nick well equipped to handle complex underwriting, capital markets, and deal structuring upon joining Charleston Commercial in 2019. Since then, Nick has worked on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing across various asset classes and for clients ranging from local to institutional.

With a strong understanding of the development process, coupled with experience navigating deals with complex entitlement hurdles in Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester Counties, Nick has been able to successfully help clients beyond just the acquisition stage, helping ensure clients’ visions are executed flawlessly.

Outside of work, you can find Nick at Folly Beach — or on a plane to some other beach. He lives downtown in an 1886 historic Charleston Home with his fiancé Michelle, and someday, their golden retriever.
